The Board of Directors

The prime responsibility of the Board of Directors (the Board), both individually and collectively is to be responsible before the shareholders for achieving the company's objectives and purposes. They are primarily concerned with the interests of the company, which shall take precedence over any other interests, including the interests of the shareholders represented by them.

The Board is comprised of members from diverse backgrounds, who combine a broad spectrum of experience and expertise with a reputation for integrity and professionalism.
